ALR (American Lamp Recycling) opened its doors in New York State back in 1993 to provide a needed environmental service for the recycling of Mercury containing fluorescent lamps. ALR currently provides recycling services for Hospitals, Schools, Federal & State Government Agencies, Industrial & Commercial Properties. ALR provides a “Turnkey Recycling Service” for all of our customers Universal Waste Compliance needs. ALR provides all the proper containers for Fluorescent Lamps, Batteries, Ballasts, Computers and Mercury containing devices. 

Once ALR transports our customers materials to our NYS permitted lamp recycling facility, ALR will provide Certificates of Recycling to our customers for their records. This Certificate fully documents all of the materials sent to ALR for recycling. ALR will provide you with “Peace of Mind” for the recycling of all your Universal Wastes.
